You can't beat an adventure on a Dales pony, they love exploring! They really are all terrain ponies
These Ridden Adventure Days are at least 5 hours long and are for experienced riders only. (competent novice or above - independent in all gaits). We begin the day with refreshments and you'll meet your pony for the day, learn about the Dales ponies and Ned the Clydesdale and their wonderful characters. We'll groom, tack up and head out. Each ride is tailored to the individual or group. The ponies are happy galloping across countryside or pootling down bridleways. we'll stop for a picnic in the woods, or perhaps at a local pub...or maybe both!

You can book as an individual or as a group (max of 4). We have a four rides to choose from:
Fords and Meadows
​
If galloping across beautiful meadows and splashing about in water is your dream then this is the ride for you. The ponies love the water in all weathers, so prepared to get a little wet...maybe bring a snorkel!
Woodland Wonderlands
​
If meandering through the woods and stopping for a picnic in the beautiful Castor Hanglands sounds perfect then you'll love this ride.

A Ride across John Clare Countryside
With beautiful bridleways, glorious parkland and ancient tracks we are spoilt for choice. This ride touches the woods and the fords and is a wanderers choice
Pub Ride
If riding to a quiet village and stopping for lunch sounds like your kind of day then you'll enjoy this ride.
