1. If you want to ride a pony as part of your experiences you must be independent rider and if you haven’t visited us before then you will need to come for a trek before you take up the membership.

2a Experiences will be spread out throughout the year and cannot be taken all at once. Treks run from 1st March - 1st December *(these dates can vary depending on weather conditions). However your contributions will run for 12 months. If you decide to leave the membership but have 'spent' more than you have contributed you will be required to cover the costs of experiences you have benefited from - these will be calculated at the full price value. *with the exception of £70, £120 and £200 subscriptions - you are able to ride all year round.

2b You can change your subscription level at anytime, however if you reduce the amount and again you have. 'spent' more than you have contributed and the new subscription doesn't cover it there will be an adjustment made to the amount of experiences offered on the new reduced level

3. Booking your experiences - You can book your experiences as far in advance as you would like (within the current season)

4. Any experiences that are not used within the operating months will not automatically be carried over to the next year, however if there is a genuine reason there will also be opportunity to 'catch up' over the rest period when we are closed to the public and also to carry over to next year in extreme circumstances.

5. Please pay your subscription on the same day every month.

6. Anyone who does not treat the ponies or other people with respect will have their membership revoked and it will cease immediately
